All residents are required to have liability coverage. For your convenience, we automatically enroll you in our liability insurance program. You may also purchase Homebody Contents Coverage to supplement the liability policy and protect your personal belongings through your Resident Portal. If you prefer to provide proof of your own third-party policy, our insurance charge will be removed from your account.
